The brief:
Encompass Community Services approached us to help develop and deliver the O’Hallorans Road project, a property designed to deliver services and support to those with a disability and who are disadvantaged.

The outcome:
We developed a staged and segmented project plan targeted at specific stakeholders and community groups, together with a communications assessment and internal and external communications plan.
