AustraliaSCAN’s David Chalke advised that 42% of Australians say their confidence in finding out information about a product, service or organisation rested with their friends’ opinions.

Grey Group’s Paul Gardner reported that recent research into “trust” indicates that 75% of those surveyed believe trust comes from delivering consistent product or service quality, while 71% said trust comes from delivering on promises.
