Warne Marketing client attracts a Special Commendation at MAV Annual Report Awards

The Municipal Association of Victoria has awarded Geelong Regional Library Corporation a Special Commendation for their 2007/08 Annual Report. The aim of the Annual Report Awards is to encourage excellence in the content, clarity and presentation of information to the users of local government annual reports.

Chair of GRLC, Cr Rod Macdonald, said it was pleasing that the Library's 2007/08 Annual Report had been selected to receive the Special Commendation.

“It is important for Geelong Regional Library Corporation to effectively communicate to our stakeholders and the community. Our Annual Reports are one vehicle by which we communicate our performance, and we are delighted that Geelong Regional Library Corporation has been recognised for its efforts,” Cr Macdonald said.
